method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare an 8-layer muffin tray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, sweetener, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs and milk, and beat until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture between cupcake liners
  5. Cut the Hero Bar into small pieces, put it in a food processor or Nutriplite, and mix until small crumbs form.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbs over the mixture into the liners and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a clean toothpick comes out.
  7. Let it cool and serve!
