For all of humanity Executive Producer Ron Moore brings the Wizard’s World to Disney +.
Moore is developing multiple TV projects in the live streaming service that will be set in Disney’s Magic Kingdom, according to sources close to the position Deadline.
Moore will write and produce the first project entitled Explorers and Adventurers Association,
A 20th TV series in the Magic Kingdom Universe, where themed lands, Disney park characters, and classic movies all reside in another reality.
Moore is also said to be working closely with the Disney imagination team on other projects that would be the first part of a world similar to Marvel but in the Magic Kingdom. Moore will oversee the entire franchise. Maril Davis and Ben McGinnis of Moore’s Tall Ship Productions are also involved in all of the projects.
Disney + and 20th TV declined to comment.
The Disney + projects come on the heels of Moore’s recently signed multi-year comprehensive deal with Disney’s 20th TV.
The first project under this deal is Prof. The Robinson Swiss Family A series in Disney +, with which Moore is collaborating Crazy Rich Asians Director John M Chu.
