Republicans in the House of Representatives remove Cheney and multiply the lies of the insurgency

Republican lawmakers claimed during a House hearing that violent crowds emerged from a rally organized by Trump to demand the election be canceled and Trump reinstated as leader while holding Trump flags and wearing Trump hats that may not have consisted of Trump supporters.

In The News Today: Through special voting, Republicans today sacked Republican Representative Liz Cheney from her leadership post after Cheney repeatedly warned that Donald Trump was lying about election fraud and that fraudulent Republicans in the House of Representatives were helping him do so. Then a House committee convened to hear testimony from Trump-era officials about the events of the January 6 rebellion, during which Republican interrogators claimed that pro-Trump gangs that violently assaulted police officers in an attempt to find and arrest anti-Trump lawmakers were. It wasn’t violent, it wasn’t Trump supporters, maybe it was Antifa, and they were just tourists, and nothing noticeable happened.
