method
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking tray with tin foil.
- Use a fork to stab the potatoes, place them on a plate and in the microwave for 4-5 minutes, then soft.
- Once cooked, let it cool.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then pour the filling.
- Discard 2 skins, you will have 6 skins left.
- In a mixing bowl, mix sweet potato filling, butter, brown sugar, protein, cinnamon, salt, and bacon pieces together until combined. Fill the crust with the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop the taskbar into small pieces and put them in a food processor and blend until small crumbs form.
- Sprinkle crumbs over the boats as soon as they come out of the oven.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
