Since we’re so sure you’ve read about it by now, Prince Philip passed away Friday morning at the age of 99.
The Duke of Edinburgh was recently hospitalized and underwent surgery, so news of his death was not entirely unexpected.
But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t hit too close to home for those who know him well.
“In Memory of the Love of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, 1921-2021,” reads now a dedication on the website of the Markle Foundation and the Harry Archwell Foundation.
“Thank you for your service … We will miss you very much.”
Harry is thought to likely return to the UK for the first time in over a year to attend his grandfather’s funeral.
According to the latest COVID-19 guidelines, he will likely be able to quarantine for several days and test for the virus before joining his family for a funeral at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
Markle is pregnant and it is not clear if she will join her husband.

He was also present for a historic photo shoot after the birth of the couple’s first child, Archie, in May 2019.
