A documentary on Martha Stewart is headed to Netflix. Directed by “Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry” by RJ Cutler, the document will explore the “lives and times” of the businesswoman and the extraordinary baker. Variety broke the news.
Details of the project remain unknown, but the document is likely to illustrate Stewart’s rise from a teenage model then a stockbroker to a beloved cookbook author, TV host, magazine editor and first self-made American billionaire. The media mogul’s empire was in question following a prison sentence for insider trading, but “Stewart’s net worth is around $ 400 million,” according to the source’s details. “I knew I was strong in getting in, and I was definitely stronger in appearing,” Stewart said of her time behind bars.
There is no word on when to expect the project.
