We were all shocked to get on board when the show has grown in popularity over the past few months, and news of the show’s cancellation by NBC has excited a lot of our roommates! Well, it looks like “Manifest” will live on after all.
according to final dateNetflix chose “Manifest” for its fourth season after NBC aired the show on the network. The new season will consist of 20 episodes, which will be split into multiple parts in true Netflix fashion.
It’s very rare for another network to catch a canceled show, but fans weren’t playing around with that show! Soon after the news broke, “Manifest” fans started the #SaveManifest movement on Twitter, which drove viewership up on Netflix after the show launched on the platform in April.
“Since its premiere on Netflix in June, Manifest has proven hugely popular with our embers,” said Bella Bagaria, Head of Global Television at Netflix. “Jeff Rick and his team have created a deceptive landmark who has viewers from around the world on the edge of their seats and once again believe in second chances, and we are delighted that they will bring fans some closure with this latest season of high volume.”

Jeff Rake expressed his gratitude to fans and Netflix for their commitment to ending the series appropriately after its cancellation left many unanswered questions.
