Complete with Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips, a hearty meal of veggies and plenty of protein to keep you coming back for more. Since we know meatballs can take a minute to make, we’ll keep them short so you can access the full recipe below!

Editor’s note: The recipe below uses an air fryer – if you are using a conventional oven, we suggest looking for your preferred method of frying versus baking or a combination of both.

Ingredients

Turkey farm meatballs

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 bags Quest Ranch tortilla style protein chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley (more for garnishing if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

method

  1. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix all the ingredients together.
  2. When the ingredients appear evenly distributed, separate the mixture into 16 equal-sized balls (about 1 and 1/2 inch in diameter).
  3. Bake the meatballs in an air frying pan at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes (make sure the internal temperature is above 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
  4. Served with ranch sauce.
