Editor’s note: The recipe below uses an air fryer – if you are using a conventional oven, we suggest looking for your preferred method of frying versus baking or a combination of both.

Ingredients
Turkey farm meatballs
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 bags Quest Ranch tortilla style protein chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley (more for garnishing if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
method
- In a large bowl, use your hands to mix all the ingredients together.
- When the ingredients appear evenly distributed, separate the mixture into 16 equal-sized balls (about 1 and 1/2 inch in diameter).
- Bake the meatballs in an air frying pan at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes (make sure the internal temperature is above 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Served with ranch sauce.
