1. Amber Leo tattoo
Here, let’s start with the worst of the worst, okay? This is Amber Portwood’s photo of her daughter Leah. It’s right on her stomach, and it also has a giant rosette, and it’s not over yet. Will you ever finish it? hard to say. Will we be able to get this painful image out of our heads? is unlikely.
2. Choices
Since we’re already talking about Amber tattoos, she also got this matching tattoo with Matt Baier, when they first started dating. It reads “vero amore,” which is supposed to be Italian and means “true love.” So this is embarrassing.
3. Talking about embarrassment…
Matt also has this huge Amber name tattoo on his forearm. Just there on his arm where he has to look at it all day, every day.
4. Ugh
Matt actually has several tattoos, many of which you can see on the cover of his book Naked. We won’t waste any more time on him here, so if you feel the need to look closely at his fat, naked body here, you have our blessing. However, we’ll say that on his other arm, he has two Chinese characters that he says means “clean and sober,” but Teen Mom detectives have actually identified the word “Lisa.”
5. Why though?
As hard as it may be to believe, Matt isn’t the only guy who got the name Amber Portwood tattooed on his body – Gary Shirley made the exact same mistake. Fortunately, he was smart enough (???) to get a tattoo on his shoulder instead of his forearm, and it has since been covered up.
6. It’s Gary Time
Gary also has… What is this, Shams? A bubble with tentacles? Whatever it was, he also got some tattoos in the middle of his chest, peeking through all the hair on his body.
7. Honey, no
You may not remember this, because Farah Ibrahim’s body mods are usually more plastic than this, but she has tattoos too! She has this little heart with flowers and birds that read “Mom” on her ankle. It’s not too bad, is it? But she didn’t get this in honor of her mother, Debra Danielson – no, Farah got this in honor of herself. “Be the wonderful mother I am 🙂 # tattoo
8. Carly’s tattoo
Caitlin Lowell got this tattoo on her shoulder in honor of Carly, the daughter she and Tyler Balterra gave up for adoption. As you can see, there is her little baby’s imprint, her name and her birthday. She got the tattoo on Season 1 of Teen Mom, shortly after Carly was born.
9. One More for Carly
Tyler got some Carly’s ink when Kate got her inked — his handprint, along with her name and date of birth.
10. And one for Nova!
Tyler also owns this Batman-themed piece in honor of his other daughter, Nova, who gets most of his biceps. When he got this, Catelynn got her footprint, because you have to be fair with tattoos that honor those she gave birth to!
11. Don’t forget about Vaida!
A few weeks after Catelyn was born for the third time, Tyler got another Batman tattoo in her honor. Many people think it looks like a penis. This is because it is.

Around the same time, he also got this quote from a movie on his forearm.

14. …in spite of the fact?
Listen, Tyler loves Batman, okay? This is not a crime. And if so, he has like four different Batmans on his body to fight that crime. do not worry about that.
15. Being strong
Here you can see Cate’s Carly tattoo, as well as the tattoo she holds on her opposite shoulder – it says “You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only option you have.”
16. My story
Catelynn got this photo shortly after she left rehab in 2016, and appropriately enough, she shared this same photo when she went to rehab for the second time. As you can probably tell by now, every Catelyn and Tyler tattoo is precious and meaningful and we will never give it up.
17. In all the world…
After spending several more weeks in rehab at the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, Catelyn got another tattoo. This isn’t complete yet, but it does seem to have a few things to represent the state of Arizona, where its therapy center is, as well as the beginning of Maya Angelou’s classic quote, “In all the world, there is no heart to love for you. In all the world, there is no love for you like My love “.
18. Damn it, Macy
Maci Bookout has a lot of tattoos. I like a lot. Here’s her back, showing an anatomical heart on her shoulder, the word “bulletproof” on her other shoulder, the name Bentley below her hip, the words “learn to feel” coming across her ribs there, and a large piece of notebook paper in the center. On paper – or at least sort of on paper – a poem she wrote, and then there’s her surname with cakes in the place of the two letters. Cakes represent her mother, father and brother. We told you it was a lot.
19. Lots of tattoos
Maci also has a sleeve – there is a handkerchief on her shoulder, indicating a crying shoulder, and a pencil on her forearm, representing her love of writing. There’s a whole bunch of other things too, and we’re sure every little thing has a deep meaning to her.
20. The things that matter
Maci also got this tattoo that supposedly represents the clothing company she co-owns with her husband, Things That Matter. That’s nice, but it’s also a very good advertisement, especially considering that she later released a tattoo-inspired T-shirt.
21. Oh, Taylor
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a great picture of this, but Massey’s husband, Taylor McKinney, has his own anatomical heart, flanked by three names – Jayde, Maverick and Bentley. Jayde and Maverick are the two children he shares with Maci, but he also got the name Bentley because he said “it’s been around for life”. Taylor is so amazing.
22. Meanwhile, on Ryan’s body…
Ryan Edwards also has a tattoo of the name Bentley – a huge tattoo on his rib cage, surrounded by angel wings. He also has some motocross flags on his shoulder.
23. Good Ol’ Leah Messir
Leah has a flock of birds on her shoulder – a little simple, but good. The really embarrassing part is those post quote messages. Because these are Jeremy Calvert’s initials.

25. For one person a twin…
A tattoo on one of her feet says “Grace,” which is the middle name of one of the twins.

Her other foot says “hope” which – you guessed it! – It’s another twin’s middle name.

Cory Sims got a piece for his two young daughters – there’s Ali and Grace, the twins’ names and birthdays.

People in West Virginia are sure to love these name tattoos – this is Jeremy Calvert’s arm, and Faith is his daughter Addie’s middle name.

Here is Brianna DeJesus’ first tattoo – she got it right when she turned 18!

This is her first daughter’s name in Arabic on her back. So this one is fine.
33. There is a jump
In 2020, Brianna started dating a tattoo artist, this way she went from a girl with two tattoos here and there to a girl with a full half sleeve…

…and soon half sleeves turned full when her man added this to her upper arm. As of now, she’s engaged to this artist, so there’s a very good chance we’ll see more new tattoos of her soon!

Kailyn Lowry has nearly a billion tattoos. Nobody on this earth has time to document every single one of them, but you can take a closer look at their sleeves here.

In this picture, you can get a better look at one of her sleeves. It’s interesting, because unlike most of her mom’s teenage outfits, she actually has high-quality tattoos. Sorry I’m not sorry.
