A new report from Hot New Hip Hop reveals that Ludd is now charged with a less serious crime, in particular, Manslaughter. The 20-year-old has been accused of killing Khalil Walker, and investigators have stated that they are indeed friends.
Khalil Walker’s sister says she went out of the house to see the rapper and another person standing near his deceased body. The authorities also stated that they had video evidence of the shooting that killed him.
