When it comes to Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, the question is often:
Will they do it or not?
Will they ever get back together or will they just continue to be friendly parents with their clothes always on?
Honestly, we don’t know the answer.
On Thursday’s new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the topic shifts from the ex-couple’s future to its past.
Specifically, her past is behind closed doors.
More specifically, her past is among the sheets.
You see, Kourtney and Scott spent the night together this week! Single! On air, at least!

What does it mean exactly?
Meaning with Kris Jenner and Khloe watching the Scott and Kourtney trio of kids, the pair spent an evening in Malibu.
With no one else around.
“It’s as if the world is bringing us together,” Scott says in a peek, inviting his ex-wife to spend a night at the movies.
“I don’t remember the last time Scott and I spent time alone together without children,” Courtney says in a confession. “It’s been years since we did this and it’s a bit odd.”
This is all ridiculous, of course, because at least one photographer is in the room, too.
But still.
After Disick described his birth mother several times as “an incredible woman” for how she took the biscuit, Kourtney revealed that she was working on an article on celibacy for POOSH.
This leads to a conversation about their sexual history with each other.
“We’ve practiced celibacy for quite some time,” says Scott, though Kardashian jumps in to correct it as follows:
“We are still having sex even though you think we haven’t.”
“I told Sarah Howard that you thought I was a porn star when we first started calling,” Scott says, quoting Kourtney’s close friend and main content moderator for the Kardsahian lifestyle website.
“I was with a porn star at one time!” Scott exclaimed, after Kourtney said she’s not “thinking” about what he was previously.
It’s a precious moment – and she let Kardashian admit that she “forgot how nice it was to have a conversation without the kids.”
“We are friends,” she adds in a shared confession with Disick, he says, with some frustration in his “purely platonic” voice.
Will this always be the case, anyway?
We doubt it.
