In addition to being the site for Kodak presentations, the charity tournament itself has raised $5,000 for the Lippmann Youth Shelter, according to TMZ.
Kodak reportedly expressed great joy at the honor, including placing the achievement above his musical work. TMZ stated that Kodak was “visibly affected” by the ad, while stating that it “means more to him than any platinum album.”
The framed declaration document outlines some of Kodak’s long run of philanthropy. This includes giving away year-long essentials such as “nappies, underwear and socks to Jack & Jill Baby Centre.”
