Kiefer Sutherland Starts Paramount + Spy Drama Series – Deadline

Kiefer Sutherland Is to play a private spy in his latest TV series.

The 24 And the Designated Survivor The star is the lead and directing of a previously requested untitled spy drama Basic+ Comes from John Riqua and Glenn Vicara, Who took out the NBC pilot this is us.

It’s Sutherland’s latest small-screen role after a short while on Quibi’s Fugitive, Which premiered in the short-range short-haul service last August.

The series stars Sutherland as a special spy agent James Weir, who finds himself in the midst of a battle to preserve democracy in a world that is inconsistent with misinformation, behavioral manipulation, the state of watch, and the interests that control these extraordinary powers.

The eight-episode season will be produced by CBS Studios.
