method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prime a 6-inch round pan (at least 4 inches deep) with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sweetener, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until the spots are gone.
  5. Fold ¼ of the chopped hero strip.
  6. In the bottom of the pan, arrange the pineapple slices and berries.
  7. Pour the cake batter on top and bake for 40-45 minutes, with a clean toothpick coming out.
  8. Allow cake to cool completely before flipping onto a serving platter and covering with remaining crumbs.
