Hansen Love won the Silver Bear for Best Director at the 2016 Berlinale for ‘Things to Come’. “Maya”, “Eden” and “Goodbye First Love” are among its other features.

Krieps’ credits include “Phantom Thread” and “Hanna”.

Bergmann Island is One of only four shows directed by women to be screened in competition at Cannes this year. The festival will take place in person from July 6-17.
