This Frothy Matcha Latte recipe is based on The traditional way to make matcha tea, With the addition of a couple of additional ingredients that make it fuller and creamier. Such as High coffee, I like to use MCT oil To increase healthy fats (especially medium-chain triglycerides that are used faster for energy).

The fats in both MCT oil and coconut butter make this latte thick and creamy without the use of heavy dairy or cream. Not only is the fat an emulsifier that makes this latte luxurious, but it also tastes delicious and is a bit sweet with coconut butter without any added sugar or sweetener.

Healthy fats
