Never say never in the world of reality TV.
Not even when it comes to those who have been accused by a star of having same-sex relations.
In fact, just under a year since Denise Richards pulled out of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills amid rumors that she slept with Brandi Glanville, we’re now hearing that the actress may be back.
We hear this compliment from a fairly reliable source.
Garcelle Beauvais, perhaps the only true friend of Dennis during her two seasons in the aforementioned franchise, told Andy Cohen this much.
“I think she wants to come back,” Garcel revealed on the June 30 segment of Watch What Happens Live.
Just because Richards Wants To, of course, does not mean that Richards will.
She succumbed to Bravo last September in part because Glanville kept accusations of an illicit affair – but also because a certain co-worker didn’t support her.
Not only was this particular other teammate not supporting Dennis’ back – but she attacked her right in the front, on air, pulling off Texting and marginalizing Richards is a liar.
Yes, we’re looking at you, Lisa Rinna.
In order for her boyfriend to come back, “Someone has to go…just say” to Cohen, Beauvis told Cohen.
Are her initials ‘LR’? asked Cohen, well aware that the answer is Yeah.
All this is premature, of course.
The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of New York City are undergoing major cast changes, but there is no indication that Rinna’s job is in jeopardy.
Ratings for the current season remain strong compared to the past… and it’s too early to look into the future.
On top of that, with daughter Rina (incredibly) Dating Scott Disick these days, the former series star was gifted with a main storyline.
We can’t imagine she’d get the boot for Richards.
Richards, for her part, has said little since Bravo left.
She hasn’t even released an official statement to confirm that she finished the show last September.
After Glanville claimed who would listen to it She and Richards slept together in April 2019 — until it was claimed that Dennis’ husband, Aaron Phypers, was well aware of the slut — it was simply obvious why Richards needed to step down.
(Dennis has been consistent in her consistent denial of this claim throughout the season, and it’s worth noting.)
Richards fought most everyone but Beauvais over the pressing Glanville accusations, too.
“You guys are so evil,” I shouted to the set, concluding a romantic encounter last summer.
Meanwhile, Garcel also gave an update on her relationship with former enemy Kyle Richards during her last conversation with Cohen.
“That was the beauty of that lunch, the fact that she was so open to receiving and listening,” Garcel explained of repairing fences with one of the original housewives of Beverly Hills.
“She didn’t do it on purpose, she didn’t understand the history, but I thought that was why we were able to move on so quickly, because she got it.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesdays at 8 / 7c on Bravo.
