One of the first Britney Spears The hearings since the release of a documentary about her upbringing have sparked a huge wave of #FreeBritney backers … but it all looks like it’s for nothing.
Check out the dozens of people who came to court in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday for a hearing into the case about the hundreds of thousands of Britons trying to compensate for her protection … but nothing happened on that front.
The judge continued the matter for another day – apparently the entire session took about 20 minutes maximum. Yet … these people were determined to make their voices heard. As you can see, the band has come out strong – with banners, posters and even speakers in hand.
It’s not clear why they reached this person with such numbers … It’s the second session since “Framing Britney Spears” was released on February 5th. On February 11 – the first hearing after the controversial document – it was decided Jimmy would remain as a conservation assistant with the Bessemer Trust Company.
As for what was supposed to happen today – a judge could have formally considered whether the estate could recover $ 308,000, Britney says her father paid it to her former business manager, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group.
Remember, Britney claimed after she stopped performing in early 2019 … Tri Star allegedly asked Jimmy for more dough, given that the 5% commission she gets from Brit is based on her earnings from her ascent to the stage. They charge $ 500,000 minimum a year, and Britney says Jimmy shot them 308 thousand dollars and change … without being run by its own people, or trying to negotiate a better deal.
What we know for sure … they want #FreeBritney, whatever that means.
