Bob Saget, Joel David Moore, Carly Chaiken to Star in ‘Blue Iguana’ – Deadline

The film will be the first film in the framework of a new production deal for three new images between Productivity Media and US Darius Films.

The three feature films will be filmed in the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean as part of an agreement with the Cayman Islands Film Commission and the Department of International Trade, Investment, Aviation, Maritime Affairs and Dart Enterprises.

It is the first time that the Cayman Islands – which are still relatively Covid-free – have entered a multi-film production deal.

Blue iguana Filming will take place on Grand Cayman from March 8th. Directed by Canadian director Jeremy Lalonde (James versus his self-future), Photo written by Matthew Dressel (You Tube comedy series The pilot died).

The feature will show how Daniel Powell’s plan collides to reconnect with his brothers when he finds out that they all want to kill him because of his inheritance. The project crew and crew arrived on the island amidst strict preventive measures and quarantine procedures before the start of the main filming.

Along with CEO William J. Tabarrok and Darius’ President Nicholas Tabarrok, the film is being produced by Leah Gonzems and Jason Gallet. John Hills and Andrew Chang Sang serve as executive producers.

Under the Comprehensive Production Agreement, the Cayman Islands government facilitated access to multiple locations across the islands, hotel support for visiting representatives and crew in addition to expedited work permits and basic management to allow production to begin on time.
