Well the UNESCO operation was horrible and we were busy talking to our friends. And the list of countries is very unusual. Indonesia, Canada, UK, France, Thailand, Hungary, Poland, Bangladesh, Philippines, Turkey, Spain. Join us in highlighting that this process, as you know, is not up and running.
Then there is a proper way to do these things.
Together with the Queensland government, we invest approximately $3 billion in coral reef science. It is one of the best managed coral reefs in the world and is sure to meet challenges such as sensitive environments around the world. But Australia does it better than anywhere else.
So we will clarify this issue. And we really think this process has been quite horrific, very different from when UNESCO dealt with this problem early in our government in 2014, I think it was, Greg Hunt He was the environment minister and we worked through this process and got the right result.
