More important than the message is that Queensland I might give someone I’d like to stress too, vaccinations are an important reason to leave the house. We encourage all patients, who are under review with their physicians, to continue with their vaccination program.
If you are in the Brisbane area, please continue with your vaccination program provided your practice is in a position to do so. We understand that this is the case, and if there are any interruptions we will provide this advice at this point. During our conversation I did not receive any information.
I think it’s very important to put this in context. We know how to do it. Australia has had 53 days without any cases this year already. We know that all over the world we are reaching nearly half a million cases every day after having seen a peak and then a downturn for most of the past two months, we are now seeing a rise in global cases again, particularly in Europe and Eastern Europe.
Consequently, this epidemic around the world with a rate of nearly half a million cases per day remains a global challenge on a scale not seen since World War II.
So against this background, continued posting adds to protection. We know how to protect ourselves and protect ourselves, but we can not only fully protect ourselves once we get vaccinated but also once we vaccinate the world. So it is a two-part process – indoor and outdoor.
