Lauren Burnham She took to her go-to platform to share the good news that she’s reunited with her newborn daughter after being previously placed in the NICU. As fans know, she and Ari Luyendyk Jr. welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, but the baby girl, unfortunately, suffered from some health complications, and therefore, the new parents were only allowed to take the male child home for a few days.
“I got my baby home and it was the best day ever,” Lauren wrote excitedly on IG Stories.

Since June 20 is Father’s Day, Ari has also gushed that he received the “Best Early Father’s Day Gift”.
The twins were born a week ago, and luckily the parents haven’t been separated from their newborn daughter for long, although it can feel like loving parents.
Ari shared several snaps of him holding the twins in his arms and captioned: “Best early Father’s Day gift, our baby girl is home! Lauren surprised me this morning when she came back with her from the hospital.

Lauren has also opened up about how she was feeling when her offspring was still in the hospital.
I just felt like I needed to step back a bit and get some privacy. I had something that was very weak, we have our daughter in the NICU and also during the postpartum period. Took some time to myself but she’s no longer officially in the hospital. I’ve got my baby now home and it’s been the best day ever… It’s a really happy day,” she said in a clip posted on IG Stories.
While the couple shared the name of their new son, Lux, earlier this week, they haven’t yet told the world their daughter’s surname!
On June 16, Ari briefed fans on the baby’s health saying that she had to stay in the hospital for a few more days due to some breathing problems.
It wasn’t too serious, and thankfully, now that she’s back home with her family, Ari and Lauren couldn’t be happier!
