A tower in Gaza housing the offices of the Associated Press and Al-Jazeera news channel collapsed after an Israeli strike.
Reuters reported that the building was evacuated in advance after the owner received a warning from Israel prior to the attack.
In a statement issued shortly afterwards, the Israeli military said the building housed military assets owned by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) that rules Gaza.
Earlier, at least 10 people, including children, were killed in a raid on a refugee camp in Gaza, according to officials.
Hamas fired dozens of rockets at cities in Israel, killing a man near Tel Aviv.
